NOT killing the desk phone
I read on your website or somewhere at one time your motto was "Killing the desk phone" Every desk phone I have ever used, included a speaker phone option available at the touch of 1 as in SINGLE button. I suggested that feature to your company last year when. I consider it a basic phone feature you should included in version 1. Why do we have to contact you to move licenses from 1 site to another. That is just stupid and antiquated way of thinking. Your product idea is great but it needs ...

Like it but have some issues at times
We chose dialpad so that we had a flexible phone system for the changes that were planned in the business. The change came in combination with a Sprint business account. We learned that Dialpad will not work with our server/cloud situation due to the software we use to connect to our server sessions. Headsets do not work on the server sessions, we have to use the app on a desktop and open another window to access our information on the server session. We have figured the solution on our own ...

Pray you never need their customer support...
The system works for the most part but if there is a problem be ready to figure it out yourself. Contacted customer support many, many times about the same problem. They never fixed it, I found a workaround but the problem is still there. The conversations between me and customer support are long so to make a very, very long story short. They told me the problem was me and would not help. I figured a way around and now it works but not how it's supposed to work. I would use another ...

Dialpad is great if you are operating on a budget. The only drawback I have is that its not stable all the time. It will go down when you least expect. The sound quality can fade once you answer. But its great if you are on the road and need to keep up with calls.

Better than the lines we dropped despite some annoyances
Dialpad is an improvement on the landlines we had and saves us money since it piggybacks on our internet connection, and we no longer need our answering service because calls can be answered on the Android or iOS app. We have 20MB now but it even worked when we had slow DSL (though we had to tune the router to prefer SIP traffic). There are still annoyances, but I hope they'll go away as the system matures, e.g.: response menu ("press 1 for...") doesn't have a timeout (so you can't send a ...
