What do you like best? Uberconference is easy to download and relatively intuitive. What do you dislike? Small marketshare which leads to small user base which makes it hard to find other users willing to collaborate with this tool vs. bigger competitors. What problems are you solving with the product? "It's unreliable"

What do you like best? That I can easily record calls and share the link What do you dislike? It's technically unreliable. I often experience, drop out, delays and today, after only a few minutes of conversation, suddenly my client and I could no longer hear each other. "Bells and whistles are fun but lacks functionality"

What do you like best? Honestly being able to upload my own hold music. That’s the best part. But not enough to keep me as a customer. What do you dislike? Biggest one is not being able to use video conferencing when in the mobile app. Every other group video conferencing allows video on mobile, this one does not. You can only use/see video on your desktop or laptop. If you join a conference on a mobile phone you are joined as a caller only. Other things...can’t record video (only audio), ...
