MIGRATED TO Dialpad Ai Meetings

Using Dialpad in HVAC..

I work as a service coordinator for an HVAC company and since switching to Dialpad, calls have been much better! The call recording and caller transcript comes in handy when you forget a name or address. I absolutely recommend Dialpad!

DIalpad is usually good

DIalpad is usually good - I don't like how it has delays sometimes. It does sometimes really interrupt meetings even with good connections. Other than that, it works well. Great to have group texts on and how you customize said groups.

Using Dialpad for nearly three months.

Using Dialpad for nearly three months. When my company flexed us all to remote work, they fast-tracked our roll out of Dialpad. To this point it has gone flawlessly. I was able to route calls going to my old number to Dialpad easily. Call quality has been excellent.

What do you like best? UberConference is easy to setup and use, it is extremely helpful because all you need to connect is a phone. The digital quality is excellent making it easy to collaborate with your peers. With other collaboration software you all need to be on the same platform (Teams, Zoom,etc), with UberConference all you need is a phone number and everyone dials in, Can't get any easier than that. What do you like best? Joining personal rooms, sharing screens is the best part. What do you dislike? When people over 10 join it may not be smooth as expected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nice personal room to quickly join meetings.
