Absolutely horrible process of trying…

Absolutely horrible process of trying to remove our numbers from their platform. We have run into 3 separate issues in the span of two months which have been Dial Pad's fault.

Easy onboarding for non-techie peeps

PROS: UberConference helped the oldies cope with the new form of communication without requiring heavy technical training. In just a one-hour session, they were able to fully grasp the functions and locations of call controls. CONS: Screen-sharing took a while for us to figure out.

App issues

App issues I have problems where I cannot disconnect the calls, regardless of where I am using it, the website, or the desktop. Also will be great to set up the recording of the calls automatically instead of activating it individually for each

Almost perfect

There are a few annoying things that affect the user experience. That said, the service/product as a whole is great. It replaces a very cumbersome experience with one that is much better. My work phone is now anywhere that my computer/mobile is. Would like it if the handoff between mobile and PC were better. Example: if I have the phone app open and on my PC, when a call rings to my PC, I'm locked out of answering it on the mobile app.

The best phone system I have ever used

The best phone system I have ever used. We all, like most, have to work from home now, and Dialpad allows our entire call center to do just that. Easy, very efficient and a wide variety of settings to choose from, to set up voicemail, have calls forwarded to different cell phones. Which you can change continually, if needed. Great system, well worth the money!

Great Product

Love Dialpad, calls can go to my desktop, laptop, or phone so I never miss a call or text! Customer service is always prompt and helpful, any time I have any issue they're on top of it.
