Great Product
Love Dialpad, calls can go to my desktop, laptop, or phone so I never miss a call or text! Customer service is always prompt and helpful, any time I have any issue they're on top of it.

The best phone system I have ever used
The best phone system I have ever used. We all, like most, have to work from home now, and Dialpad allows our entire call center to do just that. Easy, very efficient and a wide variety of settings to choose from, to set up voicemail, have calls forwarded to different cell phones. Which you can change continually, if needed. Great system, well worth the money!

terrible user interface and user experience
Please, please, save yourself the trouble and find another service. Terrible UI, so many quirks that make it horrible to use. When I send a text, it creates a new line in the dashboard, and I cannot see at a glance who the text was sent to. It doesn't just update the conversation. That is one of about 10 different, terrible UI decisions.

I've had Uberconference for 2 years and…
I've had Uberconference for 2 years and have been waiting patiently for them to catch up with the rest of the pack. The last straw is the fact that they do not have video capability for Apple mobile devices. This is ridiculous. I then asked them for my money back and they refused. They even would not allow me to take down my credit card while my account is still active. Uberconference is truly the worst of the pack. DO NOT GET TRAPPED BY THEM!
