No Ability to Execute

Dialpad has vision but, no ability to execute. One of my best days is when I canceled my account. Their apps are clunky and poorly designed. It's obvious that groups developing for each device are operating in silos. Features work differently in each app. The only consistency is colors. I did my best for close to two years deal with this, but what I could not deal with is the unreliable communication platform and substandard support. 5 star is typical but this is as of lately

Typically your service would get a 5 star service, add on the pandemic constraints with over burdening and I would give you 6 stars. However in the last 2 weeks, service has had static, calls dropped and other issues. I still do plan on continuing to use, just hope that it returns back to the excellent service.

Download of audio sessions does not…

Download of audio sessions does not work any longer. Still experiencing voice issues and very disturbing background. It's pretty difficult to quickly identify who's making noise making it difficult to quickly mute them...

If you want horrible service, Dialpad is for you.

We are two months in and Dialpad has been a nightmare. It is a daily struggle to get our calls. They truly seem not to care. They create a ticket and the issues are never resolved.

I really wish that our customer service…

I really wish that our customer service reps that answer the phones could see who the other reps are on the phone with. Right now, they cannot see which customer they are on with.

I love Dialpad

I love Dialpad, for the clear communication. To be able to text/message contacts is wonderful. The English transcriptions are great!!! I am just waiting for it to have other language transcriptions as well, that would be awesome!
