MIGRATED TO Dialpad Ai Meetings

high costs and unhelpful customer service

Not very clear or helpful advice from the customer service team and excessively high costs.

Such a disappointing experience

From the first interaction with Dialpad, I was promised amazing features and operations. We had 3 experience sessions, in person and over video calls. I was promised SMS and Mobile DID and so much more. It was only AFTER I signed the contract did Dialpad start to backtrack on ALL their promises and told me that actually NONE of the key items are available and can not be delivered. WORST experience ever!!

It was easy to use and convenient

It was easy to use and convenient. I liked being able to have a number that I could use for students and parents to reach me without having my real number. I also like having a running record of all texts and a transcripts of voicemails.

Sound has improved, many issues fixed. Would like to be able to send group messages.

This is a conference call solution that works best when used weekly.

PROS: Generated emails sent to invited users consist of relevant links and info. For instance, showcasing invitees who have been invited. The same goes in letting callers operate a compatibility test. This is soemthing a less technically-inclined person can do if they're capable of following instructions on the screen. Love using Dialpad

I have been really enjoying using Dialpad. It’s great to not have to carry two phones and being able to text from my work number is super helpful.

In my brief experience with this phone

In my brief experience with this phone, I've discovered it is very difficult to keep the transcript off of the screen I'm trying to see while talking to the person on the phone. I can't move the little box anywhere on my screen so I can see it, it's either in the upper left hand corner or maximize it and pull it down to the bottom. It won't stay there, it keeps popping back to the top. I haven't gotten that many calls yet, but that is the thing that sticks in my crawl...

Setup and transition and price

I love everything Dialpad has to offer and it has definitely helped our business in being able able to weed the slackers out. I give 3 stars because set up and transition was not as easy as described. I will say that their tech support is great thou. Dialpad is a little pricey too.
