I think the dialpad services are great but

I think the dialpad services are great. However, the app does not integrate into my computer very well. Sometimes it opens on its own, other times it does not. Sometimes I answer the phone and the person at the other end does not hear me. I fish around and change things but it is never fast enough or very professional looking. I am waiting for my computer guru to enlighten me as to why it will not act as transmitter when I answer. I have reverted to using my personal phone for business.

Overall

Overall, Dialpad has been an amazing tool for us to communicate with our clients. There was just a time when we experienced delays of messages in our group chat. It was quite hard to catch up with urgent informations because it wasn't visible in one of our staff's account.
