Can't fault my own experience so far

Signed up as a sole trader setup and couldn't be happier - Had one issue with the number but the IM chat resolved in 5 minutes

real good customer service from real people in real time

I do need this video conf platform, it is so easy to use. So, when I stripped out my cookies from my browser, I lost my autolog in = password head scratching/head ache. Enter, not a bot but a real person - Greg Christie helped me reset my password with ease and was patient and quick as lightening. I did not have all the info he needed, but he worked with me to get the problem solved. Good hire Dialpad. Thank you Greg.

Reassigning a number

Dennis was most helpful. While I struggled with the interface to reassign a number that disappeared with the deletion of an end user, Dennis was able to recover it and assign it to the new user. If I were to supply any criticism, it's that I wasn't able to do this myself with the interface.

Quick Response on Live Chat

Deleted a user from Dialpad because they had left the company. Was afraid of losing the number so I reached out to live chat support. Rodel was able to retrieve the number quickly and explained to me that the number would return to the reserve pool in 72 hours without me doing anything. Thanks Rodel!

Exemplary and Patient Customer Service

Miguel has made my DAY!! Sure, I'll soon begin a wonderful medical position. And though I am a 65+ dinosaur when it comes to computer technology, I'm always a sharp, energetic and enthusiastic full time learner. Minutes earlier, Miguel immediately understood my concerns and generously gave of his time and professionalism.
