This app/program is terrible

This app/program is terrible. I quit my job due to the implementation of this in conjunction with Service Titan, which we already had. Yes, part of it is an idiot owner who wants settings that don't work in our work environment, but Dialpad decreased my productivity by more than half. I can no longer multi task (ie. work on one account in between taking calls) because it attaches all my calls to wrong jobs in Service Titan. Thanks for the help

Started out with 'payment declined' was in the process of paying which led to more questions on my part, which when given instructions, I was not able to complete because i'm not a tech savvy person. Kathreen was very good with me and stayed with me till the end. With her and my coworkers I was able to clue up the lose ends that I didn't know how to do. Unable to remove device from Dialpad line

We were unable to remove a device from the list of attached devices for one of our dialpad lines. The support agent immediately understood the problem and fixed it (at least for now). Pleasant and efficient.
