Customer Service was positive
Customer Service was positive. Moving my phone number to Dialpad failed with the company I used to use thinking it had worked and Diaplad thinking it didn't. My phone number stopped working. Customer service was fast, responsive, and very helpful.

Karen was a real pro!
Karen got on the support chat and fielded all of my presales questions like a real pro. She did not hesitate to look stuff up, or she is very fast at that. Either way, she answered all of my questions about multiple users, multiple domains, changing admins, etc... without batting an eyelash. I was very pleased.
