Cara and the previous agent were both excellent and responded promptly. One issue is that I missed the first agent's response because the recommended FAQs that popped up opened in the chat window, obscuring their responses. I would also like to see more administrative abilities. If, as an admin, I want to set up number forwarding for another user, for example, that shouldn't be something I need to contact support for.
