I'm in love with their chat customer service. Within seconds I can get in touch with an agent and they have always been able to help me out - and I bug them a lot!

Dennis took the time to process multiple requests in a friendly manner. He covered all the details and made sure everything was taken care of. I had to step away and he didn't drop from the chat immediately when I didn't respond. Great service to the end

Excellent customer service

Cara and the previous agent were both excellent and responded promptly. One issue is that I missed the first agent's response because the recommended FAQs that popped up opened in the chat window, obscuring their responses. I would also like to see more administrative abilities. If, as an admin, I want to set up number forwarding for another user, for example, that shouldn't be something I need to contact support for.
