Great Tool for Social Media Reporting

What do you like best? Twitter Analytics is super easy to use and provides information that is easy to understand. The platform also provides analytics we need in a way that is easy to pull for reporting. Since it is built into Twitter, this platform is also super easy to access. I really like that aspect of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits are that I get more views and engagement when I have a picture involved versus just a message

Good, High-Level Analytics

What do you like best? I like that I can get a quick "snapshot" of my twitter analytics and insights. What do you dislike? One small thing, that the first insights you see are hard set on the last 28 days (impressions, engagements, etc.) and that they don't correlate with the last month. I wish you could edit those dates to get the correct numbers right away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We get to see what our ...

We love using Twitter to share our info and see who is interested!

What do you like best? I love that we are able to see who has viewed our posting and how many people our posts are reaching. I love that we can also see how many people come in contact with it. This allows our business to see out of all of our followers, who is coming across our post. What do you dislike? I don’t dislike anything. It’s very helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great tool to use for business especially those pushing their ...

Decent capabilities that lag behind Facebook's reporting

What do you like best? Easy to quickly access basic information. What do you dislike? Hard to dig through the "vanity numbers." Recommendations to others considering the product: You get what you pay for and in this case, it's free. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been able to get quick, basic information about my tweet performance.

Room for improvement

What do you like best? Helps me to see what elements of my content people are engaging with the most and to recognize related trends. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that it takes extra steps to access these analytics and that I have to go to a separate site to do so even though Twitter is still the company providing the analytics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? - I can see post stats. - I can compare that to ...
