What do you like best about TweetDeck? I really like how easy it is to use. It allows you to monitor any term you need, and doesn't restrict you on how many filters you need. We used it a lot to monitor certain keywords and mentions of our company. It acted as a PR tool, so we could quickly put out any fires or try to satisfy angry customers.
