What do you like best about TweetDeck? I love that you can track hashtags, schedule tweets, and monitor your feed in one place. I like that I can reach a wider audience by tracking hashtags that related to my company. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? What do you like best about TweetDeck? This was nice when it first came out before twitter made it's own platform. The organization was nice and the interface was easy to use. What do you dislike about TweetDeck? Outdated and interface is not aesthetically pleasing. What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you? "Tweetdeck for managing a chaotic Twitter environment!"

What do you like best about TweetDeck? I love that I can customize any number of keyword configurations on Twitter. I have almost 10 columns listening for certain keywords related to my job. This allows me to tune in to conversations about the institution. Not everybody knows we have a Twitter presence, so when conversations happen, I can reach out and introduce myself to them.
