Not what it used to be

After weeks of problems using TunnelBear, I was told that they cannot promise good and reliable service. I have requested compensation, which they organised for, but also cancelled my account without letting me know it.Now they tell me that I can reapply (at a higher price but do not explain why they have cancelled my subscription without my instruction.They used to be very good. TunnelBear customer support is NON …

TunnelBear customer support is NON -Existent !!!! I have contacted them for over a MONTH and to this date NO ONE has even given me the curiosity to remotely reply. They have this twitter scam going and it's merely a pseudo to get you to tweet on their behalf. Very Disappointed in this service. There has been NO atonement on TunnelBear behalf ?

If Tunnelbear works OK then fine. If you have problems then their Customer support is non-existent. I've had connection problems following a change to fibre optic and a new router. Despite requests for help absolutely no response. Am unhappy and will not renew.

Free version is waste of time!!

Free version is waste of time!!! It might work (i cant say...it start up when my pc is open, so i might use all 500point (that work for like 5minutte if you watch video.I delete again day after install because it was no longer free

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage, the reviews saying it is good must be paid reviews. I have premium and connections are unreliable that is when you can actually get a connection that works. Anything other than loading a webpage i would not recommend.

Excellent VPN (and still excellent after using for 6 months)

Update: After 6 months using. Still very very satisfied! Works perfectly wherever I go! The last few months l've been travelling SE Asia and have had no probs at all. Works superb. Not ok

The application on both mobile phones and PCs is visually pleasing. They offer several locations. But I contacted the support regarding the speed I was having on the Brazil server because it was bad. I got no response within 24 hours. Later, I received a response saying that it was normal to lose speed when using a VPN service. I am in Europe, and I know that speed would be affected by the connection to another continent. But I've had several VPNs from Brazil, and this is sincerely bad. ...

God VPN brug det når du har behov.

Jeg bruger deres chrome addon hvilken virker rigtig godt... man skal bare sørger for kun at tænde den når man skal bruge den, da man kun har 750mb gratis hvilket er meget i forhold til at det noget man ikke skal give noget for. Super tilfreds.

Cute but invasive

In 24 hours of "using" tunnelbear I recieved no less then 3 emails commenting on the program, including that my free data was now spend. Mind you at this point I hadn't even used it actively.

Secure, Fast & Reliable!

A very user friendly VPN, with limited features. Works like a charm, and does the job! Would like to see more servers in the future, but overall a very good VPN!
