Note the fine print - NO REFUNDS! We lost hundreds of dollars signing up for the annual service and requesting cancellation a few months in when we found a less expensive substitute. We appreciated the functionality while we had it, but regret having signed up and paying in advance to get the reduced monthly rates.

I am a business owner. Something has really changed with Tsheets. We cannot get our employees to login and out correctly. They are constantly getting bumped out of the program or cannot log out. Also, we cannot get the program to work when logging in and out of a job, so we can track hours for job costing. This is even worse.
