DO NOT BUY IF IN AUSTRALIA! THIS PROGRAM IS UNSUPPORTED!!!!I am SO angry! There is ZERO support for this software in Australia. They were more than happy to help when I was deciding to come on board but since they started their direct debit - freakin nothing!! They have made me SO SO angry!! Do not use this company if you are the type of person who likes responses to emails. It just wont happen.

Buggy but useful for invoicing and project management.
What do you like best? Ease of use is very helpful to 1099s to quickly track their work. What do you dislike? Can be buggy. Lack of auto saving is a big issue. Hello Usually I do not write reviews on anything but my situation is been going on for over six months and still is not resolved.I think given one star will be too generous.I received my W-2 at the beginning of the year but the location of the app was never changed.They said that it’ll take 10 to 12 to resolve the issue. It took five called to finally get…
It took five called to finally get someone who would take their time and research what was going on. That one person spend well over an hour helping me, which I greatly appreciate. The previous agents just seemed so rushed to get me off the phone that they didn’t care about customer service, they just cared about how many calls they take. USELESS JUNK, don't waste your time
Useless! Spent months trying to get accounts to synch, and simply trying to figure out how to use. Eventually figured it Doubled the time we lost to keep track of billable time. And even then it didn't integrate properly w Quickbooks. Total waste of my time. Total bust. Small business trying to find cost efficient app to capture billable time. This is NOT the product!

Great program
What do you like best? I love that users can login with their phones or computer. The system allows you to see the location of where people are logging in, if there is an issue of whether or not someone was working, I also love that it integrates with Quickbooks, so I don't have to manually enter payroll information. Exactly What We Needed
What do you like best? Integration with Quickbooks is extremely helpful. It allows us to run a report at the end of the pay period to confirm each employees time sheet is accurate. Then with a click of a button, the hours are transferred to Quickbooks. We then login to Quickbooks, click on payroll and review and submit. We have saved a lot of time. What do you dislike? Easy to use
What do you like best? I like how you can edit the hours you work and it’s completely easy to use! Very convenient What do you dislike? Sometimes the website made it difficult to clock out at my actual time. Other than that it was cool! Recommendations to others considering the product: Play with the website a little so that you can get an idea of how to use it! What problems are you solving with the product?
