What do you like best? I love that you can log in from anywhere in many different ways, the geotagging to make sure people are where they say they are and where they are supposed to be, photo capabilities so no one else can clock in another person who is late. The reporting options, approvals and time off requests. The different ways to shift between clients or projects, complete scheduling for shift based times. This program is absolutely amazing! Would like to give it zero stars

Would like to give it zero stars ! Wait time on phone is about an hour. They promise prompt response on "Chat" - that is a fallacy. What used to be a first rate app, has now been ruined by Intuit. They make changes without consulting their users, which turn out to be downgrades. Sick of having to get a verification code every single time I need to log in. Their project reports down load is now showing latest time first - who decided to change that and WHY. Absolutely hopeless Customer ...

What do you like best? Tsheets is very easy to understand. All of our staff use it daily. I use it generally from the site to monitor time worked, downtime, and so forth for all employees. The versatile app is utilized by all of our office staff a technicians to check in and out, check status of debilitated hours, vacation hours, and so forth. Tracking employees accurately.

What do you like best? I can follow my work group and supervise them on varied shifts. I know exactly when someone comes and goes from their job and has an impact on the payroll. The interface is very nice, it helps me to monitor easily. What do you dislike? It works wonderfully, there is nothing to be negative about it. Using TSheets started out well...gone down hill fast

Using TSheets started out well but it's gone downhill fast. Our latest problem is that the the "invite" button does not work, so all of our newly-hired employees can't sign in to TSheets. We also have employees who were locked out of their accounts and can't get back in. We've had to go back to tracking job hours by hand, and automated job hour tracking was why we got TSheets in the first place. Customer service is usually nice but they usually can't help you either, and you'll be talking ...

No customer service available. I called and the wait was 50 minutes long. I tried chatting. Nobody was responding to my questions. They kept sending automated choices.I am very disappointed.

This used to be a 5* company until it…

This used to be a 5* company until it was purchased by intuit....now there is no customer service, whereas I used to be able to "chat" quickly and easily with someone to work on any glitches. There is a required update currently that 9 of our employees cannot accomplish. Hours have been wasted and after 45 minutes on "hold" this morning I still was unable to speak with anyone. Looking for other options.....

What do you like best? I like the way lunch and breaks are automatically adjusted when I leave, when I enter the day, so you don't have to do it manually if you forget. Also, you come with a portable app which makes it easy to use and requires no pre-connection, like other time control software. What do you dislike? A lot of manual work has to be easily adjusted should you remember to plan your day. But this time, should you remember to leave, leave at the end every day. ...
