They need to press in/out in real time, to enter their time manually and at the end they can allocate time to projects, tasks or custom fields. BEWARE OF PREPAYING T-SHEETS! Honestly T-sheets was sufficient for what we needed. Ultimately our CRM software integrated time-keeping for no additional fee. That's when the fun began with T-Sheets. BEWARE of the no refunds policy that they never tell you about. It is truly amazing that they offer a discount to prepay for the service for a year, auto-renew that customer 12 months later, then never inform them that if they need to cancel the service there are no refunds for any reason. What do you like best? It was literally 1 day of implementing my contractors to use it. The setup took me some time but it is saving me hours in invoicing and contractor pay. Easy to use time sheet solution

What do you like best? The program is really easy to use for our technicians, and with the "approval" process we can do everything electronically, so even if they're in the field for a long time, I still get their timesheets and job notes. What do you like best? TSheets has made it easier to track time and employees. Rather than paper time cards and writing hours on each job, TSheets allows my field employees to clock in, switch from job to job and clock out. They like it! Seeing reports, totals, and a whole lot more from the app as well as its mobile version. Live chat was swift. It catered to almost any inquiries and issues I have through live chat.
