What do you like best? The simplicity of this app and the intuitiveness of the design are the best part of Tsheets. The customer service with Lisa Patel has also been excellent. Anytime I've had a question, she's been prompt and helpful. When I was with Paychex, the customer service always felt like I was a chore and they did not know how to help. What do you dislike? T-Sheets is a class act. Their software is powerful and runs without problems. Their Technical Support is WORLD CLASS! Fast, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

Great for GPS tracking and employee responsibility time tracking

What do you like best? TSheets is great for allowing your employees to be responsible for clocking in and out of work and switching their role on a job as they change from one activity to another. It makes it easier to keep track of more specifically what an employee is doing and the GPS tracking allows for accountability of employees clocking in and out when they don't always have a supervisor around. Can we do a class action????So Tsheets app kept kicking my employees off. Tsheets team members kept blaming it on my employees. In order to fix the problem I put in a manual clock and dropped my subscription with them. Upon requesting a refund of $220+, I was told "sorry about your luck, we aren't refunding your money due to our defective product." So heads up, if you read this, look elsewhere. Great way to track time as an employee

What do you like best? I like the Mobile App the best, the ability to track time on the job site is nice, but the best feature is that it instantly sends to your supervisor. No worries about paper here. Also their support is really great, I called in with an issue and they fixed me right up. They are a great team. What do you dislike? Crooks. They are eager to sell. Short on promises! They pretend to give a discount for yearly subscription and they don't tell you its not refundable, Gotcha sucker!!!

Great product and great support

What do you like best? My employees are all remote and several travel often and they have all given positive feedback on using TSheets. They like that they can access it anywhere and it is very straightforward. Also, our Accounting team really appreciates how it smoothly syncs with QuickBooks and that we can do job costing. What do you like best? The user interface compared to the other time tracking software i have tested is by far the easiest, even for the technology illiterate, to navigate. The hardest part about implementing any new software is getting the buy in from the entire group. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how I'm able to operate on a number of reports and observe data from varying angles. I love how it's so easy to in time tracking jobs. Customer service has been great. I make full use of the chat functionality. Any issue that I faced was resolved within seconds! What aspects are problematic or could work better?
