Works fairly well, but has some bugs

What do you like best? I like that I am allowed to make a note with my time clocking in or out in case I maybe messed up the times and forgot to do one or the other that day. I can just make a note of it, and it’s easy for the bookkeeper at our work to change it. What do you dislike? I feel like it has some bugs. I have had multiple instances of clocking in or out, and it hasn’t registered. So I come into work the next day, and it says I worked for over 18 hours...not sure how that ...

I just got off the phone with someone who helped me remove my card information from the account. I too paid for a year in advance. I had been using the service for several years and was on auto renew. My business has suffered recently and we have lost a lot employees. Do not believe any of the 5 star reviews. T Sheets is terrible. The interface with quick books is off. But that is probably because the program itself is so poorly designed. There is no way to report on monthly client charges grouped by client. The program will let you pick custom dates, but will then give the dates it has. Add to that the reports given by week were truncated because it can only deal with 2 weeks at a time. The agent said they would put in a report request to see about ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The people that I've talked to were experts. I got along with them well. They seem to be enjoying their job. One customer rep was the best. She asssited me in tying things in betweek Quickbooks and Tsheets. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There has been some pieces that weren't intuitive. Hard to cancel when you’re in

Using it is ok, but you can’t cancel it on the web, they need to talk to you over the phone and they don’t have time for that. These basic things like starting and ending a subscription should me all digital. Not very nice, the support hours are US time zones only.

A customer service event that's nothing but agreeable.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We played around with other online products offering DCAA compliance while linking to Quickbooks. So far, TSheets ended becoming the best option. It provided flexibility in how we can improve our business. A favorite for our hardworking employees. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Awesome customer service. Support was patient with us. They were there to help us every step of the way. Questions were carefully answered. A lot of their reps were there to assist me from the get go! What aspects are problematic or could work better? Certain items appear as if they could be customized a bit more. You can cancel anytime but you will ripped off

You can cancel anytime, that’s true. But if you sign up for the yearly plan they utterly refuse to refund your remaining balance. I used this software for 2 years, they charged the third year as a lump sum. This company is holding over a thousand dollars of my money. Totally theft, I feel ripped off.

TSheets Employee User Review

What do you like best? I use the TSheets APP on my phone. It's a convenient and easy way to clock in and out of work. I can see my weeks total, pay period totals and daily totals which is especially helpful for an hourly employee. It even shows accumulated sick time, vacation, etc.which saves me time trying to calculate hours. I also like that I can see who else is working so I know who is available if needed.
