Long time TSheets user soon no more to be
Have used TSheets since I bought this company in 2017. The previous owners were using it too. It is impossible to get with CS about issues...users have had a hard time getting in after the migration to Intuit and some of my functionality as the master admin I cannot get to. It says "my access is now in quick books" but i have not idea how to get there. I am going to be looking for another option to TSheets. Since with Intuit it's TERRIBLE!!!!
Since Tsheets was bought by Intuit, the service has been TERRIBLE. No way to contact anyone by phone. Phone number sends you to endless advertisements and then disconnects. Anyone who would purchase Tsheets and go through this is crazy and ignorant. Tsheets was a good system back in the day but worthless now. It can't even add the times correctly.

Tsheets bug filled. Tech support-useless
Tsheets used to be a simple easy to use app with excellent tech support. We have 11 users. Now every few days I get calls for issues my staff is encountering with logging in or not being able to complete timesheet entries. Tech support is useless if you can reach them. Anyone have a suggestion for an alternative timekeeping software?

Stay Away from this Company
We are having issues with the app glitching and not actually clocking someone in or out. I called tech support and after being asked the most stupid questions I asked for the call to be escalated. I was promptly told that there is no one else in the company that can help me. I just don't believe that. This company is the worst. Looking into other options now.

Cancelled and Demanded Refund
We did a free trial for our small business (less than 10) and it actually made our payroll process harder. TSheets doesn't properly sync with QuickBooks. After two months of troubleshooting...we cancelled and demanded a refund as the free 30 days expired without completing even one successful paycheck. Boo

Used to be great but when intuit bought…
Used to be great but when intuit bought them they ruined the company. Features don't work correctly any longer and customer support has become a joke.

I can no longer get support
I can no longer get support. It used to be excellent. Now it sucks. My calls are being transferred out of the Untied States to individuals who do not know how to help me. This happens even when I select the ProAdvisor option when I call in. I am on my third call today trying to reach the RIGHT support member in the US. I would give this company a negative star if it was a selection.

Leave it to Intuit to completely ruin a…
Leave it to Intuit to completely ruin a great app. On top of all the login, security update and sync issues Admins no longer have the ability to assist their employees. And then you go to try and reach customer service...good lord. Intuit definitely took that over as well. I used to get great customer service from TSheets...no longer. Now it's all the standard crap that never seems to resolve an issue.

They have gone downhill!
Changes have been made and it’s awful. Log in is tedious. Problem after problem and impossible to get in contact with. Since they are based in the us they only operate pacific making contact even harder. I will be cancelling my subscription and taking my business else where. It’s a real shame to have to do this as when it works it works great!

Used to be five stars...the last set of changes will have me take all my clients away from them. Currently that would be three large companies and three smaller companies. Textbook classic - acquisition ruins company in a revenue grab.
