Bad Bad Bad

We just got Tsheets last month and it's been a complete nightmare since. They sold us a version that is not compatible with what we have and had to roll it back. We were able to login for a moment then not able to. Called support on a Monday and we went through the trouble shooting steps and the man finally said he has to contact his programmers. Didn't hear back from them all week. Had to call the following Monday and the lady went through the same EXACT trouble shooting steps and finally ...

Ok program not suited to beginners, needs development

What do you like best? Advanced users that have a stronger analytical background with be able to catch on tho this system. It will take time. What do you dislike? The support with T Sheets is not a great experience. Quickbooks interface compatibility needs to be smoother. Not a program that is easily taught to beginners. What do you like best? Exact clocking of time. Employees are not allowed to adjust without supervisors permission What do you dislike? We LOVE TSheets!!! it makes everything much more organized What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employee timeliness. It is ao much easier than filling out time sheets manually on paper

What do you like best? It helps my staff record their time pretty easily. What do you dislike? The admin interface is VERY difficult to use. Not clear. When you review the time records for the employees, it doesn't categorize them by employee, it lists them by time entered in and out and date. Not the best way to review an employees time sheet.
