The app is terrible. So many bugs it's ridiculous. I have reached out to them more times than I can remember. Been using their system for about 4 months now. Still continue to have employees that it logs out and then won't let log back in. I have yet to make it an entire week without an employee or two having issues clocking in. Been a Tsheets customer since 2016

Been a Tsheets customer since 2016. It worked fine until 1/14/2020 when it stopped syncing with quickbooks. I tried several different web connect versions without success so I contacted tech support. I was told the error code I was receiving was something on "their end" and there was an investigation because of numerous complaints with the same code. Simple and purposeful.

What do you like best? Reports, accuracy, simplicity, user friendly! The support team is wonderful both via chat and telephone. They take the time to explain everything and even walk you through it. What do you dislike? It can feel a little "clunky" - would love to see some advancement in the platform. Struggled with this app for days, then gave up!

Struggled with this app for days. The total lack of viable support is EXTREMELY painful. The support team was confrontational, rude, and absent of any helpful input. My company finally gave up and found another (simple/easy/free) option for time tracking. We're now MUCH happier! Avoid this app, unless you're in need of a "self-inflicted wound" !

Recommendations to others considering the product: Be ready for a painful experience running payrolls. There's so many different places to run reports and it's not intuitive.
