Went from janky to nonfunctional

Shift was always janky. For the past few months it has not worked at all. I want my $99 back. Edit: To their credit, the support team has been consistently friendly and eager to help but has not been able to provide much in the way of actual solutions. I have already sunk too many hours into getting shift to work across too many problems. I’m done.

A great tool

Shift was recommended to me almost 3 years ago when I posted on FB about wishing for a service that could aggregate all of emails and various applications. It has been a godsend since. Being able to have one “application” and see all of my email accounts (personal, work, and business) as well as all of the other apps I use (Quickbooks, slack, FB, WhatsApp, etc) in one place has been great. And their customer service has very responsive.

Helpful for sure but definitely buggy…

Helpful for sure but definitely buggy at times. Makes it a little annoying to have to force close and reopen bc it won’t let me minimize the screen, or play a video etc.

Regularly buggy

Regularly buggy. Applications are constantly not loading and I have an inconsistent experience across laptops, where this should be adding more consistency.

This is very spamy app

This is very spamy app. I experienced issues like slow mac and some links started opening via Facebook. basically weird things happened. WORSE - Even after removing the app from my mac and MacBook, it still left its files somewhere and keep trying to open links from shift app. I cross checked the app was def. deleted but its effect is still there. Also my mac is weirdly restarting itself since then. Feature wise also I found it nothing different than a browser. Just another sidebar which I ...

Lately, I have to reload the app constantly to see all of the email accounts.

Add-ons don't work anymore

Add-ons don't work anymore, specifically Grammarly. It doesn't underline my corrections so I'm left guessing. It's one thing if you don't support an add-on but if you do, make sure it works. Also, the Salesforce integration doesn't work at ALL.
