The most important product change you…
The most important product change you can make is figuring out a way to break out a new shift window. I know it seems counterintuitive but when I have a client who uses goog meet/hangouts, I can't share the tab and view them like I would in zoom. It's a real headache. I have to open up chrome, log into the right gmail account and then share my deck on that window in chrome because I can't easily do it in Shift.

Riddled with performance-related bugs. I was a huge advocate for this software over the last 3+ years but one particular bug that has surfaced in the last few months prompted me to cancel my subscription. This bug caused Shift to crash at random intervals when closing browser windows and it has easily reversed every minute of time I've saved using this software over the last three years.
