Love the platform
Love the platform, word of mouth and customer reviews are the true bread and butter of a business - this has helped me grow though a strategic review model! Plus it FEEELs amazing when someone says something lovely about your brand and products...not so good when you let them down. THATS surely conditioning us to improve on a day to day basis and that is a GREAT thing.
