I always look at trust pilot reviews. It helps to make a decision about the product or service I’m looking at. Although I always go to the negative results first, it’s usually fairly easy to tell if product bad or just a one off problem

I should use it more before purchasing
I've been with and used Trustpilot for a long time. I do not always review products, only when I think they are very good or very bad. I should use Trustpilot more before purchases as it may save me writing some bad reviews! It is good to know other peoples opinions on products and I don't always take notice of every review, good or bad but Trustpilot does help me make a judgement call before a purchase.
