Thanks for sending me the new screwdriver to replace the one left in my recycling bin and taken away by the dustmen and obviously dumped. The company you use to deliver has again put the parcel in the recycling bin but I looked and found it. I think you need to tell them to put a note through the letterboxes of customers telling them that things are left in the recycling bin as other delivery drivers do this.
