Excellent Platform
Trustpilot is a great platform for leaving good/bad reviews and also for me to check out stores and other outlets before purchasing items. They appear to be fair in printing good and bad which I find useful when mking a judgement.

I had believed that Trustpilot did not follow up on any reviews, they have proved me wrong as I got a follow up email asking if I had received my refund, my reply was no I have not, they obviously contacted Morrisons who then got back in touch with me, I wish I could say it is all settled now but sadly it is not,Morrisons are trying to give my refund in vouchers, I have told them I paid in cash and in cash is how I want refunding.
