Trust Pilot offers the consumer the opportunity to send a message to businesses whether or not they are acting in the interests of their customers and it should give them an opportunity to improve their service. If businesses don't improve then Trust Pilot alerts future customers to be aware of shortcomings so that they can make informed choices. It provides a very useful vehicle when one is dealing with as large an institution as a bank.

It would seem thay are offering insentives to customers to make 5star reviews, plus the same insentives to change one star reviews already made public into 5 star. Also a human being never ever reads or responds to the reviews published or the 5star reviews which are all generated by AI.
