Trust Pilot is the Best!
I recently gave a negative review to a company (Zangi) for the worst customer service that I have seen in my life. The kindness and empathy that the Trust Pilot agent showed me was as positive and good as Zangi was terrible. It was refreshing to see coming off dealing with that terrible experience and made my day. Thank you Trust Pilot you're the best. This would be a ten star review if there were such a thing!

It's so easy to make other people be aware if things are not right with a seller. And sellers don't like bad reviews so it gets them to sort your problem out.
