Amazing platform to compliment and whistle blowing!!
I love Trustpilot as a lot of my issues were solved on this platform. People are scared about their bad name and make it right. It feels like you have a shoulder to cry on. Sometimes some companies answer saying that they would make it right and dealing privately but they dont. In this scenario I feel Trustpilot should step in to see what the outcome was. Deleting first reviews……
Update - asked for proof of purchase which is fair enough so hopefully all resolved….. if not back to one star later 😂 Leave a review for a colleague who starts a business to have it removed and have to try and get it out back on 😂 So far we have used them more than anyone else yet you deleted my review. Not a great start trustpilot, yet scammers get away with leaving junk all over the place.
