Excellent service
I have always had an excellent 'experience' with TP, including my direct interactions with them. [I do not know why they call it 'experience'? - Maybe part of today's marketing vocabulary? Better to call it 'service'.] For users of TP, make sure that you do not confuse TP with the company or agency or service that you are evaluating; they are two separate things. If you order a package from Amazon and chronopost (lousy FR co.) does not deliver it, then you cannot blame either Amazon or TP.
