I totally believe if I would have not reported my bad experience to Trustpilot my concerns would not have been properly addressed by the service provider. Thank you for being here to encourage companies to do the right thing, even when no one is looking.

After waiting for over a year for our…
After waiting for over a year for our sofas to be re-padded Andrew came out last week and completed it. He was a very conscientious worker and did an excellent job ( let’s hope it lasts this time) He was through and very good with his work. I highly recommend him if you have any issues.

I think that TrustPilot has your back .. and they will do their best to report back to these manufacturers that they have many dissatisfied customers who once bitten will not return and they will pass their experience onto their friends....
