Immediately after every call scheduled, I receive a Slack notification to log my call and update the opportunity. This has been a game-changer as it helps me stay organized and promotes good Salesforce high gene.

What do you like best about Troops? The admin interface is straightforward to use. We are using Slack as our primary communication channel. Hence, the integration works very well for us, and we are using it not only to send alerts but also to update Salesforce fields without entering the system.
