What do you like best about Troops? Troops provides me with actionable alerts via slack that allows me to update salesforce. I like that it is integrated in slack and can be used via my cell phone. I have not really have any issues with the system since I have started using it about 1.5 years ago.

What do you like best about Troops? I can trigger a slack notification for just about anything that happens in salesforce. Approaching the close date? Troops. Won a huge deal and want to celebrate with the team? Troops. Want to follow up on a marketing lead the SECOND it gets triggered? Troops.

What do you like best about Troops? Removes barriers for sales reps that would have preciously never touched sfdc. Allows us to politely pester people into doing their job while also helping us build a cleaner sfdc instance so we can get the most out of troops.
