What do you like best about Trillian? I like the status management and the new status indicators. Chat groups and chat management are done really well. Admin tools are nice.

"I FIND ITS SUPER EASY TO USE AND VERY CONVENIENT"
What do you like best about Trillian? I REALLY LIKE THAT I DON'T HAVE TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND INTERRUPT ANY OF MY TECHNICIANS , I CAN JUST SHOOT THEM A QUICK MESSAGE AND MOVE ON WITH MY JOB AND THEY CAN ALSO.
