"Great tool for process mapping, cloud based"

What do you like best about Triaster? Ability to link procedure, links and instructions to each step of the process. Triaster is also cloud based so all you processes are available to every users once you load them. What do you dislike about Triaster? It’s quite difficult to use and in order to load files you need to install a software called process navigator. It’s not the easiest tool to use but I became more familiar in the last weeks as I used it more intensively. Recommendations to ...
