"Easy and affordable"
What do you like best about Trengo? I like to use Whatsapp and other communications tools in one place and fast support is very important. What do you dislike about Trengo? The new design is too white, I wish I had a chance to redesign theme colours. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We have solved our odd email system and manual WhatsApp communication line.

What do you like best about Trengo? We are a startup in healthcare building a chatbot. Trengo directly responded with a phone call when I registered. The person that called us was our contact. We had several sessions to understand our needs. If necessary questions are directly escalated, product lead is involved if needed. Response time is always within a few hours. "We love to work with Trengo!"
What do you like best about Trengo? With trengo you can work very efficiently and they also provide excellent customer service. What do you dislike about Trengo? The only disadvantage is that you can't integrate Instagram DM to the inbox. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? You don't have to control your chanels one by one, that is the biggest problem Trengo solves for us. Because of this you can safe time!

The only disadvantage is that you can't integrate Instagram DM to the inbox. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? You don't have to control your chanels one by one, that is the biggest problem Trengo solves for us. Because of this you can safe time!

What do you like best about Trengo? Great way to handle shared inboxes, and multiple communication streams. Super awesome they offer voice channels as well! What do you dislike about Trengo? Email interface does not (yet) feel as powerful as Frontapp for instance Recommendations to others considering Trengo: Don't handle shared inboxes with Outlook! Use Trengo instead. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We create order in communication chaos with Trengo.
