What do you like best about Trengo? The software is very easy to use and gives a lot of overview on our support tickets. And above that Trengo gives a lot of extra features to improve our support, like voice chat, chatbots, faq's, quick replies, etc. What do you dislike about Trengo? Almost each popular channel (e.g. Instagram, WeChat, Facebook) are available to connect to your personal inbox. What do you dislike about Trengo?
