What do you like best about Trengo? I like that it's slick & no-nonsense, WhatsApp integration is very helpful which is one of the key reasons we went for it. Seems to work well from a customer point of view. It's relatively easy to use, chat internally on threads, and wasn't a huge headache to set up. I also think it's good value. What do you like best about Trengo? Automations are good and a lot of channels can be added. UI is user friendly What do you dislike about Trengo?
