What do you like best about Trengo? What we like most about Trengo is the availability of multiple contact channels within one interface, multiple automation features to save time, and very easy setup. "Great customer service tooling"
What do you like best about Trengo? It's a very nice and easy to understand program. It's easy to integrate your communication channels and set up all the flows. What do you dislike about Trengo? Nothing for now. The program is working well. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy for each customer support agent to start working in Trengo. It's not taking a long time before you'll be familair with it.

What do you like best about Trengo? we save so much time because all messages from the different channels arrive in 1 inbox What do you dislike about Trengo? if support is needed it sometimes takes a while before you get a response. you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? automation and efficiency. we are now also going to expand working with the chatbot. There are still many possibilities

What do you like best about Trengo? Het grote voordeel van Trengo is dat je als team of meerdere teams gemakkelijk met de klant kan communiceren. De gesprekken zijn ook altijd makkelijk terug te vinden. What do you dislike about Trengo? What do you like best about Trengo? I like the interface, the cleanliness, the clarity of messages, the ability to create quick replies and procedures within Trengo. "Budget friendly not without its flaws"
What do you like best about Trengo? I like being able to see and reply to emails in the same place as Whatsapp. What do you dislike about Trengo? It's quite buggy, things are not an intuitive as with other tools I have used. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Trengo is allowing us to communicate on a mass level with our customers more easily as well as creating easier support handover as needed for holiday or complicated needs etc.

What do you like best about Trengo? What I like best about Trengo is that you are able to build your own communication logic, using labels, rules and Flowbots. This is something we were not able to find at other competitors in the same price range. Another upside is the great support. What do you dislike about Trengo? For us, Trengo works the way it is, so we do not really see downsides. But if I could make wishes for upcoming features, I would definitely wish for a more detailed reporting. ...

Waarbij de mail helemaal ingesteld kan worden met snelle antwoorden, labels over het onderwerp en verschillende kanalen. Voor telefoon is het handig met een telefoonboek en eventueel doorschakeling naar eigen mobiel zoals buiten kantooruren. Tevens maken wij gebruik van de automatisering zoals een flowbot.
