  • Excellent tool for task organization with Kanban-style boards, drag-and-drop functionality, and customizable labels.

  • Simplifies team collaboration, enabling seamless knowledge sharing and task delegation even in remote or shift-based work environments.

  • Supports project tracking with features like checklists, due dates, color-coded alerts, and real-time updates to enhance productivity and clarity.

Still the best out there

What do you like best? Dead simple and pleasurable to use. While lots of competitors have copied Trello's kanban style flow, it remains the easiest and most fun tool to use in that area. While we've added several project management software to our stack, Trello remains a daily-used tool because of how simple it is. It integrates with pretty much all of our tools (most importantly Slack) and is customizable to our needs (backgrounds, adds-ins, power-ups, etc...) What do you dislike? ...

Manage Projects and Task workflow with ease

What do you like best? Trello is a modern solution that is used by many businesses to achieve higher efficiency by helping them be much more organized. Setting clear deadlines for projects and tasks is one of the biggest strengths of Trello. In my opinion, the most useful feature of Trello is project tracking. One can easily follow and set reminders on the development of the project with just a few clicks. What do you dislike? In my opinion, Trello needs to be visually overhauled. ...

And anybody can see and take your work Recommendations to others considering the product: It's more of a blog type of site What problems are you solving with the product? Great platform that can be improved

What do you like best? I love the drag and drop feature on the lists and items within the list. That I can link Trello with Toggl from my phone to keep track of the time I dedicate to each task. Trello can be linked to platforms like Station, which I also use. What do you dislike? - It takes a while to figure out how to use the platform, at the beginning was confusing. - I work with many lists on a board, and I hate to scroll to the right to find my newest lists. I would ...

Using Trello to schedule editorial content

What do you like best? I've used Trello for two differerent publications I worked for. It makes it easy to schedule articles out in advance and see who is writing the article. You can also include notes about what stage of the editorial process the story is in, which is very helpful for editors and writers. What do you dislike? The design could be a bit sleeker / more intuitive. When there are a lot of lists it can get clunky and confusing, so maybe having an option to have lists ...
