Fast, Easy to use, and ubiquitous
What do you like best? I like that Travelbank is integrated with everything I need when holidaying - hotels, car rentals, even restaurants. What do you dislike? Takes a while to get used to navigation, but it is nothing serious Recommendations to others considering the product: - What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One key feature is the tracking of expenses to apply for refunds from my company.

Great App! Super easy to use!
What do you like best? I love being able to just take pictures of my receipts and uploading them directly into my expense reports! No more paper receipts floating around in my bag! The variability and customization of the expense categories - it leads to a lot of confusion and has been challenging when trying to standardize the adoption of the use of the app across the company. Travelbank makes my work trips easy
What do you like best? That I can find a flight and a hotel and just hit one button and everything is sorted out. I love the rewards benefits. I used Amazon points from travelbank to do all of my xmas shopping last year. What do you dislike? You should have more companies that offer rewards through travelbank. Easy to work in
What do you like best? It is simple to use/ upload receipts for expense reports and reimbursements while traveling. I have not used the Travel booking portion as of yet to know the quality of that portion of the product. What do you dislike? Seamless experience

Satisfied customer.
What do you like best? I like the app does what its supposed to do. Seems like a no brainer but it is refreshing. What do you dislike? I am yet to encounter a feature or function I am unhappy with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to manage travel receipts with the image capture option. I no longer worry about losing a receipt or submitting an incomplete report.

Great platform for claims
What do you like best? Easy to keep track of claim report statuses What do you dislike? The iOS application can be slightly buggy at times What problems are you solving with the product? TravelBank is a good start for bringing “Flights” to mobile
What do you like best? The best feature is simply being able to book a flights with google flight’s simplified platform. What do you dislike? I wish the options and “pro” controls of the desktop version were brought to travelbank. I just want a google flights for mobile. Convenient but Glitchy
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the tool and that it can help you keep track of where travel budget is going. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app can be glitchy which can be frustrating when you have a deadline to submit an expense report or want to take photos of receipts on the go before you forget. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the problem of using excel sheets to keep track of travel expenses.
