Easy to Expense

What do you like best? This software makes it easy to track all of my expenses in one system and know how much money I have spent on our clients. What do you dislike? The ability to track flights is usually easier and cheaper with a third party. Being able to change the estimates on a budget is not the easiest feature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking expenses.

Great service, and highly recommended

What do you like best? Travel bank is helpful in the ease of use of their platform. The service and interface makes business easy. What do you dislike? A little laggy at times and sometimes there were slow response times. Recommendations to others considering the product: For ease of expense and travel management I recommend it. Easy to use

What do you like best? The close integration with our Accounting Department makes it easy to get reimbursed for travel expenses. What do you dislike? That you get estimates for business travel. When I did my own search on Google Flights I was able to save more money for my company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy way to put in travel expenses and get reimbursed

Not bad but not great

What do you like best? Travelbank reimburses relatively quickly What do you dislike? The user experience isn't great; One of my employees has a Chase bank account but his reimbursements never go through. A customer service rep has to manually push it through. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes Travelbank says there's an error in submitting a report, so I resubmit it, but then it ends up going through twice.

What do you like best? Easy to Use and Quick. Plus the Rewards! Saves companies money and gives employees perks What do you dislike? Booking with Ease

What do you like best? The flight booking provided by my computer was very easy to do, took me less than 5 minutes! What do you dislike? Not every flight was available but it makes sense since the ones that were all extremely discounted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving money when my company gives me a budget to travel with from TravelBank.

I LOVE IT!

What do you like best? The best feature is how it interacts with your cell phone's camera. No more worrying about lost receipts! What do you dislike? Easy to Use

What do you like best? Everything is very intuitive and easy to usel. What do you dislike? Pressing the submit expense report on another screen What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The travel part is hard to navigate

A great solution for the traveler

What do you like best? Travelbank is fantastic for keeping track of expenses while on the go while not having to worry about keeping of individual receipts. Additionally, the reports that can generate based on your inputted receipts are great when dealing with Accounts Payable, and Reimbursements. What do you dislike? Easy to expense travel items

What do you like best? Easy to use drag and drop system. Makes uploading photos of receipts easy. What do you dislike? When uplaoding a trip, keeping track of all the different categories can be difficult. But no major problems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving the problem of manual expense reporting, makes it easy to see what has been submitted or hasn't been submitted.
