What do you like best about Transifex? Transifex recognizes the items that must be translated as you enter a new screen. You can select all items or just the items you want to translate. Phase used on multiple pages only need to be translated once. Translation time is only a day or two. If there is a question on translating the phase, the translator will flag the issue for you to respond.
