Trakstar Appraisal System
Whilst our company is still establishing how best to use this tool, Trakstar is a user-friendly tool to enable (and compliment) the all-important performance management conversations as they occur. I am pretty confident that this will become a very valuable part of our system for all staff.

A needed tool for any company
We have been using Trakstar about 1 year. It took awhile to get set up to the specifics of my company but the support was excellent and it went well. What it does more than anything is add structure and procedure to something which is tough to do. Once you do your first review using Trakstar you start to see the benefit of self appraisals, Multi-rating, etc. Trakstar reminds you when reviews are coming up and what you need to do next.We use Trakstar for New Hire reviews (90 days after ...
