All in one

What do you like best? I can do everything in one. Chat with my client. Create custom workouts. Have the profile stored with beginning stats & photos. What do you dislike? It isn't easy to create custom intake forms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The all in one is truly the best benefit.

Great App Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best? I have been using the app since the beginning about 4-5 years ago. It continues to evolve and be a quality platform for not only my remote clients but my in-person clients as well. Their customer service is excellent and responsive, and they continue to hear out what their users have to say (and implementing many of the ideas in the updates!). What do you dislike? There are small issues with the functionality in certain web browsers and some functions/displays ...

Great app

What do you like best? I really like the ease of use for both me and my clients. The user interface is great and the group coaching is great too. What do you dislike? I wish I could load other things besides just workouts into the clients calendar. I’d like to use some custom reminders in there instead of just picking from the drop-down menu. That would be really helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most of my clients are out ...

Easy to utilize with online and in-person clients

What do you like best? I love how I can use my own workout videos for my clients and program progressions week by week. What do you dislike? There is not much I dislike at the moment. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just do it. It's really worth it as long as you're charging your clients accordingly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used to use excel for my clients and still do for the clients who aren't ...

Trainerize User

What do you like best? I like the various features like the ability to upload my own videos or videos from youtube and being able to accept payment via Trainerize. What do you dislike? It's not made for groups. I have to enter clients results in one at a time. I have to get out of one client's dashboard and select another to enter their weights and reps. It's a hassle, especially if you have several in a group at one time. Also, unlike the Apple iPhone, it's very slow when entering ...

Essential Software

What do you like best? I love the ability to upload custom exercises and videos for our clients and track their progress. What do you dislike? The app takes a lot of RAM on my mobile device. For clients to make an exercise video appear in partial screen or full screen seems to be random. It does not connect to a comprehensive billing system for our company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We don't have to store pdf copies of ...

The best app for training clients

What do you like best? I’ve been using trainerize since 2015. What keeps me coming back is all of the new additions to the app. My clients love seeing videos of me performing the exercises. I train in house and online and use this app for both businesses. If you need an app to manage your clients, sell your workouts, and help your clients achieve their goals then this is the platform for you. You can track anything from nitrition and results to personal bests. Defiantly the number one ...

Easy to use and simple to scale

What do you like best? Trainerize is very simple to use from adding clients to uploading exercises. This app takes a lot of the hastle out of online training. What do you dislike? I wish you could customize the workouts to have a variety of workout types in the same session ( i.e. Interval, and regular) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple way to extend my reach and scale my online presence. Trainerize streamlines my onboarding ...

Most effective software on the market

What do you like best? Trainerize has the best user interface, simple to use and comes with almost all of the features a PT needs. It pulls data from apps like FitBit and MyFitnessPal allowing you to view lots of elements of your client's progress from one dashboard. Great messaging and programme building elements too and houses your custom exercise videos too. What do you dislike? Not so much dislike but there are features I wish they have. Trainerize are great at constantly ...
