What do you like best? I especially like the rapid development that TrackVia provides in our solution offering. What do you dislike? The filtering of data is not easily adapted by our users. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ask lots of questions and consider premium service level agreement. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are tracking airport facility condition and janitorial reports.

What do you like best? The support! With the platform being tailored to our company needs, having a team that is extremely knowledgeable about the product, allows us to build some crazy stuff. What do you dislike? The transition into version 2.0. We came from their first version and the transition wasn't a smooth one. It's the backbone of our business
What do you like best? The customize-ability. Our business doesn't fit the model of off-the-shelf apps so the ability to customize trackvia has been essential to our success. What do you dislike? The reporting capabilities are lacking, but we've been able to use an API to use Google reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's how we run almost all processes in our business.
